He has business interests in dairy, food processing, real estate, port, steel, and other industrial sectors. He has extensive knowledge in international marketing, especially on the trends in UK, USA, Germany, and Japan. Mr. Jalan’s knowledge, efficiency, and experience have enabled MKJ Group to emerge as an iconic brand. He is currently the Honorary Consul of Ireland in Kolkata. He is also a trustee member of Heritage School and Heritage School of Technology and a member of several Chambers of Commerce. He is a philanthropist, a humanitarian, and a guiding force for many and his name, stature, and legacy is noteworthy.

Debjani Chatterjee (DIN: 07143505)

Ms. Debjani Chatterjee has done her B.A (Hons) from Calcutta University and LLB from Burdwan University and was enrolled under the Bar Council of West Bengal in September, 2008. She has over 5 years of experience in dealing various cases of Supreme Court of India, Company Law Board and lower courts as well and also handles Criminal and Arbitration matters. She has been appointed as Independent Director in the Company.

Radhe Shyam Khetan (DIN: 01188712)

Mr. Radhe Shyam Khetan is a Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University. Mr. Khetan is a person with dynamic personality, a business leader and a team person. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Keventer Projects Limited, a group company of Madanlal Limited. Mr. Khetan's innovative skills in problem solving accompanied by a wide experience in formulation of Real estate strategies, Business development, Quality of property developed and Environment friendliness of business has made him one of the core members of the Keventer Projects team

Shwetaank Nigam (DIN: 07137061)

Mr. Shwetaank Nigam has done his B.A.LLB from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and was enrolled under the Bar Council of West Bengal on November, 2013. He has recently started his practice and has disclosed qualitative likeness in corporate and civil laws and is involved in litigations and advisory work, involving civil and corporate laws.

Ms. Jyoti Goel is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and she has done B.com (Hons) from Calcutta University. She has over 9 years of experience in Secretarial and Legal affairs. She has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
